摘  要:目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)联合检测对新生儿细菌性感染的诊断价值。方法选取2017年2月至2020年2月本院收治的51例早期细菌感染新生儿作为实验组,另选取同期于本院进行健康体检的51名新生儿作为对照组。两组均进行PCT、WBC、hs-CRP和SAA检测,比较两组PCT、WBC、hs-CRP、SAA水平及各指标单项检测、三项联合检测与四项联合检测的阳性率。结果实验组hs-CRP、PCT、WBC、SAA水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCT、WBC、hs-CRP、SAA四项联合检测阳性率明显高于各指标单项检测和三项联合检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCT、WBC、hs-CRP、SAA联合检测在新生儿细菌感染诊断中具有较高应用价值,可显著提高诊断阳性率,为临床治疗提供指导。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and serum amyloid A protein(SAA)in neonatal with bacterial infection.Methods 51 neonates with early bacterial infection who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and another 51 neonates who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.PCT,WBC,hs-CRP and SAA were detected in both groups,the levels of PCT,WBC,hs-CRP and SAA were compared between the two groups,and the positive rates of each index single detection,three combined detection and four combined detection were compared.Results The levels of hs-CRP,PCT,WBC and SAA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of the PCT,WBC,hs-CRP and SAA combined detection were significantly higher than that of each index the single detection and the three combined detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PCT,WBC,hs-CRP and SAA has high application value in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection,which can significantly improve the diagnostic positive rate and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
