麦角新碱联合子宫背带式捆绑对剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者止血效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麦角新碱联合子宫背带式捆绑对剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者止血效果的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月樟树市人民医院妇产科收治的60例剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予麦角新碱治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合子宫背带式捆绑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术出血量(术中出血量、术后24 h出血量)、止血时间及术后不良事件发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量和术后24 h出血量均少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论麦角新碱联合子宫背带式捆绑具有较好的止血效果,利于减少剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者出血量,促进子宫收缩,加快止血,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of ergometrine combined with uterine strap binding on the hemostatic effect of patients with weakness of uterine contraction during cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with weakness of uterine contraction during cesarean section who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhangshu People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ergometrine,and the observation group was treated with uterine strap binding on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,operative blood loss(intraoperative blood loss,24 h postoperative blood loss),hemostasis time and postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postoperative blood loss in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Ergometrine combined with uterine strap binding has good hemostatic effect,which is beneficial to reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with weakness of uterine contraction during cesarean section,promote uterine contraction,and accelerate hemostasis,it has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
