超声诊断胎儿侧脑室扩张的临床预后研究

摘　　要：目的探究超声诊断技术应用于胎儿侧脑室扩张中的意义及对胎儿预后效果的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月于本院建档分娩的100例胎儿存在侧脑室扩张的产妇作为研究对象,根据胎儿侧脑室扩张程度分为临界组和轻度组,每组50例。两组产妇均行超声动态监测,比较两组胎儿侧脑室大小改善情况、母婴结局及胎儿畸形异常情况。结果临界组胎儿侧脑室缩小率高于轻度组,稳定率和进展率均低于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临界组顺利分娩率、新生儿健康率均高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临界组畸形异常发生率低于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声诊断胎儿侧脑室扩张效果较好,可保证新生儿顺利分娩,可为临床判断预后提供依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the significance of ultrasound diagnosis in fetal lateral ventricle dilatation and its impact on fetal prognosis.Methods 100 pregnant women whose fetuses had lateral ventricles dilated and delivered in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into critical group and mild group according to the degree of fetal lateral ventricles dilation,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent ultrasound dynamic monitoring,the improvement of fetal lateral ventricles size,maternal and infant outcomes and fetal abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Results The contraction rate of fetal lateral ventricles in the critical group was higher than that in the mild group,and the stability rate and progression rate were lower than those in the mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The smooth delivery rate and healthy neonatal rate in the critical group were significantly higher than those in the mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal malformations in the critical group was lower than that in the mild group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal lateral ventricle dilatation has good effect,which can ensure the smooth delivery of newborns and provide a basis for clinical prognosis,and has high clinical value.
