摘　　要：目的探究穴位揿针对骨创伤手术后阴虚火旺型口咽干燥的干预效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年6月甘肃省中医院创伤骨一科收治的70例骨折手术后阴虚型口咽干燥患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用传统棉签蘸水反复涂擦口唇法,观察组采用穴位揿针法,比较两组干预后不同时间口咽干燥、阴虚火旺症状缓解程度和护理依从性及护理满意度。结果干预1、2、4 h后,观察组口咽干燥缓解程度、阴虚火旺症状缓解程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从性和护理总满意度分别为100.0%、100.0%,均明显高于对照组的80.0%、71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位揿针干预骨创伤手术后阴虚型口咽干燥效果显著,可缓解患者口咽干燥、阴虚火旺症状程度,提高患者护理依从性和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of acupoint press needle on oropharyngeal dryness with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity after bone trauma surgery.Methods 70 patients with oropharyngeal dryness with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity after bone trauma surgery in the First Trauma and Osteology Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were they divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional cotton swab dipped,and the observation group was treated with acupoint press needle,the degree of relief of oropharyngeal dryness and Yin deficiency and fire prosperity symptoms at different time after intervention,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 1,2,and 4 h of intervention,the relief degree of oropharyngeal dryness and the relief degree of Yin deficiency and fire prosperity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 100.0%and 100.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(80.0%and 71.4%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint press acupuncture on oropharyngeal dryness of Yin deficiency type after bone trauma surgery is significant,which can alleviate the symptoms of oropharyngeal dryness and Yin deficiency fire,improve patients'nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
