腰痛穴动留针一针灵对重症急性腰扭伤的即时疗效——基于800例患者的真实世界研究

摘　　要：目的分析腰痛穴动留针强刺激治疗重症急性腰扭伤患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年9月至2020年9月于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院骨伤科门诊确诊急性腰扭伤800例患者的临床资料,分析患者的临床特征、腰痛穴动留针强刺激治疗前后视觉模拟评分法评分(VAS)。结果治疗后,患者VAS评分为(1.6±1.4)分低于治疗前的(8.8±1.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为96%,其中痊愈536例(67%),显效160例(20%),有效72例(9%),无效32例(4%),无不良事件发生。结论腰痛穴动留针法强刺激治疗可即时解除患者腰部疼痛症状,并随之恢复腰椎活动功能,疗效确切显著,且具有简便可靠、成本低廉优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture acupuncture in the treatment of patients with severe acute lumbar sprain.Methods The clinical data of 800 patients with acute lumbar sprain diagnosed in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Shuguang Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2003 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical features,visual analogue scoring(VAS)score before and after the treatment of low back pain acupuncture acupuncture was analyzed.Results After treatment,the VAS score was(1.6±1.4)scores lower than(8.8±1.6)scores of before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 96%,of which 536 cases(67%)were cured,160 cases(20%)were effective,72 cases(9%)were effective,32 cases(4%)were ineffective,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion Low back pain acupuncture acupuncture strong stimulation treatment can immediately relieve the symptoms of lumbar pain in patients,and then restore the activity function of the lumbar spine,the effect is indeed significant,and it has the advantages of simplicity,reliability and low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
