摘  要:目的分析女性生殖道分泌物支原体培养及药物敏感性实验情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年12月本院妇科门诊收治的2611例患者的临床资料,按照年龄分为5组,采集生殖道分泌物进行人型支原体(MH)和解脲支原体(UU)培养及药敏实验,比较多组支原培养结果和不同年龄组支原体阳性检出率、分析UU和MH耐药率情况。结果2611例患者共培养1582例支原体阳性,阳性检出率为60.59%。单一UU感染阳性检出率44.54%,高于单一MH感染阳性检出率(1.91%)和混合感染UU+MH阳性检出率(14.13%),且混合感染UU+MH阳性检出率高于单一MH感染,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。≤20岁年龄组阳性检出率最高,≥50岁年龄组阳性检出率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单一UU感染率为44.54%,高于其他两组,单一MH感染率为1.91%,低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物敏感性实验结果显示,单一UU感染中,环丙沙星(CIP)耐药率为95.44%、交沙霉素(JOS)耐药率为0.00%;单纯MH感染中,克拉霉素(CLA)和红霉素(AERY)耐药率均为78.00%,强力霉素(DOX)耐药率为0.00%。UU和MH混合感染中,环丙沙星(CIP)、红霉素(AERY)和罗红霉素(ROX)耐药率均超过90.00%,交沙霉素(JOS)耐药率为1.36%。单一UU、MH及UU+MH混合感染对环丙沙星(CIP)、氧氟沙星(OFL)、左氧氟沙星(LEV)耐药率均高于60.00%;强力霉素(DOX)、交沙霉素(JOS)、美满霉素(MIN)耐药率均低于5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性生殖道标本支原体培养可明确支原体耐药性,指导临床合理使用抗生素。Objective To analyze the culture and drug susceptibility of Mycoplasma female genital tract secretion,and to provide a basis for clinical use.Methods The clinical data of 2611 patients admitted to the gynecological clinic of our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 was retrospectively analyzed,and divided into 5 groups according to age,and the genital tract secretions were collected for Mycoplasma hominis(MH)and ureaplasma urea(UU)culture and drug susceptibility experiments,the results of mycoplasma culture in multiple groups and the positive detection rate of mycoplasma in different age groups were compared,and the resistance rates of UU and MH were analyzed.Results A total of 1582 cases of mycoplasma were positive in culture among 2611 patients,and the positive detection rate was 60.59%.The positive detection rate of single UU infection was 44.54%,which was higher than that of single MH infection(1.91%)and the positive detection rate of UU+MH of mixed infection(14.13%),and the positive detection rate of UU+MH of mixed infection was higher than that of single MH infection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The≤20-year-old age group had the highest positive detection rate and the≥50-year-old age group had the lowest positive detection rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single UU infection rate was 44.54%,higher than that of the other two groups,and the single MH infection rate was 1.91%,which was lower than that of the other two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug susceptibility test results showed the resistance rate of ciprofloxacin(CIP)was 95.44%and that of josamycin(JOS)was 0.00%in a single UU infection.In simple MH infection,the resistance rate of clarithromycin(CLA)and erythromycin(AERY)was 78.00%,and the resistance rate of doxycycline(DOX)was 0.00%.Among the co-infections of UU and MH,the resistance rates of ciprofloxacin(CIP),erythromycin(AERY)and roxithromycin(ROX)exceeded 90.00%,and the resistance rate of josam
