普瑞巴林胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究普瑞巴林胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年10月本院收治的50例三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛患者作为研究对象,以是否实施药物联合治疗方案分为对照组和实验组,每组25例。对照组采用普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,实验组采用普瑞巴林胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、细胞免疫功能、疼痛缓解时间、皮损恢复时间及不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组疼痛缓解时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论普瑞巴林胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松治疗三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛效果显著,能改善血清炎症因子、免疫功能,缩短症状及疼痛缓解时间,缓解患者疼痛感,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pregabalin capsules combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of trigeminal nerve-type postherpetic pain.Methods 50 patients with trigeminal nerve-type postherpetic pain who were treated in our Hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to whether the drug combination treatment plan was implemented or not,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pregabalin capsules,and the experimental group was treated with pregabalin capsules combined with prednisone acetate tablets,the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,cellular immune function,pain relief time,skin lesion recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 100.0%,which was higher than 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time,blister stopping time,scab formation time,and scab removal time in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Pregabalin capsules combined with prednisone acetate tablets has significant effect in the tr
