摘　　要：目的探讨胃助显剂充盈超声检查声像图特征对胃囊肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2021年12月于莲花县人民医院行胃助显剂充盈超声检查且经外院手术、内镜超声或CT增强确诊的12例胃囊肿及28例胃实质性占位性病灶患者的临床资料。12例胃囊肿患者纳入诊断组,28例胃实质性占位性病灶患者纳入对照组,均行胃助显剂充盈超声检查,比较两组超声影像特征。结果诊断组包膜纤细清晰、与胃壁呈钝角、形态呈椭圆形、后方回声增强比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。诊断组无血流信号、体位形态改变比例均略高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论胃助显剂充盈超声检查声像图特征能有效诊断胃囊肿,并可与胃实质性占位性病灶鉴别,适合在基层医院广泛推广。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the ultrasonographic features of gastric contrast agent filling ultrasonography in gastric cyst.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of patients with gastric cysts and 28 cases of patients with gastric parenchymal space occupying lesions who underwent gastric contrast agent filling ultrasonography examination in Lianhua County People's Hospital from June 2012 to December 2021 and were confirmed by surgery,endoscopic ultrasound or CT enhancement in other hospitals were retrospectively analyzed.12 cases of patients with gastric cyst were included in the diagnosis group,and 28 cases of gastric parenchymal space occupying lesions were included in the control group.All patients underwent gastric assistant agent filling ultrasonography examination,and the ultrasound features of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of envelope slender and clear,obtuse with the gastric wall and oval in shape,and enhancement of behind echo in diagnosis group was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of no blood flow signal and postural morphologic change in the diagnosis group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the groups.Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of gastric assistant agent filling ultrasonography examination can effectively diagnose gastric cysts and distinguish it from gastric parenchymal space occupying lesions,which is suitable for widespread promotion in primary hospitals.
