摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板固定在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的42例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,将采用动力髋钢板螺钉内固定治疗的21例患者纳入对照组,采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗的21例患者纳入观察组。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折端愈合时间、术后负重时间及骨折愈合疗效。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义;观察组骨折端愈合时间、术后负重时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合优良率为90.48%,高于对照组的61.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端锁定钢板内固定用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果显著,能有效促进骨折愈合,加快患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of proximal femoral locking plate fixation in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 42 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and 21 patients treated with dynamic hip plate and screw internal fixation were included in the control group,21 patients treated with proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation were included in the observation group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,postoperative weight-bearing time and fracture healing efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups;the fracture healing time and postoperative weight-bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 90.48%,which was higher than 61.90%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation is effectiveery progress of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
