点拨教学法用于妇产科护理教学查房中对提高学生成绩及教学效果的作用

摘　　要：目的探究点拨教学法用于妇产科护理教学查房中对提高学生成绩及教学效果的作用。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月本院妇产科的40名护理实习学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各20名。对照组采用传统护理教学法,观察组采用点拨教学法,比较两组理论、操作、护理病历书写成绩和教学效果及自主学习能力。结果观察组理论、操作及护理病历书写成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学优良率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组信息能力、学习合作能力、自我管理能力评分均明显高于教学前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论点拨教学法应用于妇产科护理教学查房中效果显著,可提高妇产科护理实习学生理论、操作及护理病历书写成绩,增强教学效果,提高学生的自主学习能力。Objective To explore the effect of point-and-dial teaching method on the improvement of students'achievement and teaching effect in nursing teaching rounds of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 40 nursing practice students from the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 students in each group.The control group was adopted the traditional nursing teaching method,while the observation group was adopted the point-and-dial teaching method,the results of theory,operational,nursing record writing,and teaching effects and self-learning ability were compared between the two groups.Results The results of theory,operation and nursing record writing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good teaching rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of information ability,learning cooperation ability and self-management ability of the two groups were significantly higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the point-and-dial teaching method in in ward round of obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching has significant effect,which can improve the theory,operation and nursing record writing scores of obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice students,improve the teaching effect and self-learning ability of student.
