定坤丹对围绝经期综合征患者血清性激素水平和绝经症状及子宫内膜的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨定坤丹联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征的效果及对患者血清性激素水平、绝经症状和子宫内膜的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年5月德兴市妇幼保健院收治的142例围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各71例。对照组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合定坤丹治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清性激素[雌二醇(E2)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、Kupperman评分、子宫内膜厚度及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Kupperman评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论定坤丹联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征效果显著,可明显提高患者Kupperman评分,改善血清性激素水平,改善患者子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Dingkundan combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol didroxyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its effect on serum sex hormone level,menopausal symptoms and endometrium.Methods 142 cases of perimenopausal syndrome treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dexing City from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol didroxyprogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Dingkundan on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,serum sex hormones(estradiol[E2],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH])level,Kupperman score,endometrial thickness and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of E2 were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The compound packaging of dinkundan combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets has significant effect on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,which can improve the Kupperman score,improve the serum sex hormone level,and regulate the endometrial thickness of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
