摘　　要：目的探究BOLD加压螺丝钉手术治疗足部骨折的临床效果及不良反应。方法选取2019年8月至2020年11月本院收治的32例足部骨折患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为常规组和治疗组,每组16例。常规组采用微型钢板内固定术治疗,治疗组采用BOLD加压螺丝钉手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、不良反应发生情况、足部功能及生命质量。结果治疗组骨折愈合时间及疼痛消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组足部功能评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组躯体能力、心理能力、总活力及社会功能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采取BOLD加压螺丝钉手术治疗足部骨折效果理想,可提高治疗优良率,改善足部功能,促进骨折愈合,且不良反应少,可行性强,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of BOLD compression screws in the treatment of foot fractures.Methods 32 patients with foot fracture from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into routine group and treatment group,with 16 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with mini-plate internal fixation,and the treatment group was treated with BOLD compression screw,the clinical effect,fracture healing time,pain disappearance time,adverse reaction,foot function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of fracture healing and the time of pain disappearance in the treatment group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05),the excellent and good rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the score of foot function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the scores of physical ability,psychological ability,total vitality and social function in the treatment group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion BOLD compression screw is an ideal method for the treatment of foot fractures,which can increase the rate of excellent and good results,improve foot function and promote fracture healing.
