摘　　要：目的探析多普勒超声检查在肾衰患者动静脉造瘘术中的运用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月本院67例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受造瘘术治疗,术前对其进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对所有患者相关临床资料进行整理分析。结果术前多普勒超声检查中发现51例患者人工动静脉内瘘血流保持通畅,16例患者出现相关并发症。内瘘血流通畅患者动脉、静脉及吻合口内径均显著大于出现并发症患者(P<0.05),血流最高速度及血流量低于出现并发症患者(P<0.05)。结论对终末期肾病患者应用彩色多普勒超声进行检查能清晰反馈人工动静脉内瘘的血流状态,对于动静脉造瘘术具有良好的指导效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application of Doppler ultrasonography in arteriovenous fistulation in patients with renal failure.Methods 67 patients with end-stage renal disease in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were treated with fistula,and color Doppler ultrasonography examination was performed before operation.Results Preoperative Doppler ultrasonography examination found that 51 patients with internal arteriovenous fistula maintained patency of blood flow,16 patients with related complications.The inner diameter of arteries,veins and anastomosis in patients with internal fistula patency were significantly larger than those in patients with complications(P<0.05),and the maximum blood flow velocity and blood flow were lower than those in patients with complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the examination of patients with end-stage renal disease can clearly feedback the blood flow status of artificial arteriovenous fistula,which has a good guiding effect on arteriovenous fistula,and is worthy of clinical application.
