CO_(2)点阵激光联合复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光联合复方斯亚旦生发酊(CSGT)治疗斑秃的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月于本院进行治疗的斑秃患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=34,单纯CSGT治疗)和联合组(n=36,CO_(2)点阵激光联合CSGT治疗),比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后生命质量、心理健康改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量、心理健康评分均低于治疗前,且联合组生命质量评分(3.21±1.52)分、心理健康评分(123.47±7.60)均明显低于对照组(7.48±2.39)、(130.52±8.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论CO_(2)点阵激光联合复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗斑秃疗效显著,可改善患者生命质量和心理健康状况,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))lattice laser combined with compound Siadan Shengfa Tincture(CSGT)in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 70 patients with alopecia areata who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=34,treated with CSGT alone)and the combined group(n=36,treated with CO_(2)dot matrix laser combined with CSGT).The clinical efficacy,improvement of quality of life and mental health before and after treatment,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life and mental health in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of quality of life(3.21±1.52)and mental health(123.47±7.60)in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(7.48±2.39)and(130.52±8.55)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with compound Siyadan Shengfa Tincture has significant effect on alopecia areata,can improve the quality of life and mental health of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
