摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀联合阶段性早期心理干预对眼外伤患者情绪状态、视功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的120例机械性眼外伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施人文关怀联合阶段性早期心理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果出院前,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的视功能恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组的中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀结合阶段性早期心理干预可有效帮助眼外伤患者调整情绪状态,促进视功能恢复,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care combined with staged early psychological intervention on emotional state,visual function and quality of life in patients with ocular trauma.Methods A total of 120 patients with mechanical ocular trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanistic care combined with staged early psychological intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before discharge,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of visual function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the each dimension scores and total score of the Chinese-Version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire(CLVQOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care combined with staged early psychological intervention can effectively help patients with ocular trauma adjust their emotional state,promote the recovery of visual function,and improve the quality of life.
