蒙药石龙芮的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立蒙药石龙芮药材质量标准的评价方法。方法:总结归纳7批次石龙芮样品的外观、性状特征,依法测定各批次样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量,采用薄层鉴别和紫外可见分光光度法对石龙芮中芦丁和总黄酮进行鉴别和含量测定。结果:7批次石龙芮样品中平均水分含量为9.53%,平均总灰分含量为9.09%,平均酸不溶性灰分含量为3.13%,平均水溶性浸出物含量为21.84%。薄层鉴别结果显示,7批次石龙芮样品的供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,均显示相同颜色的斑点。含量测定结果显示,7批次石龙芮药材中平均总黄酮含量为36.6 mg/g。结论:本研究建立的石龙芮质量标准的方法快速简便、准确度高,对构建蒙药石龙芮质量控制体系具有重要的指导意义。Objective:To establish the quality standard establishment of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus).Methods:The appearance and characteristics of 7 batches of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus)samples were summarized.According to the relevant methods,moisture content,total ash content,acid-insoluble ash content and extract content were determined.Rutin and total flavonoids in Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus)were identified and determined by TLC and UV-vis spectrophotometry.Results:The average moisture content of 7 batches Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus)was 9.53%,and the average total ash content was 9.09%.The average acid-insoluble ash content was 3.13%,and the average water-soluble extract content was 21.84%.The identification results of TLC method showed that 7 batches of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus)and reference substance showed spots of the same color at the same position.The content determination results showed that the average content of total flavonoids in 7 batches of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus)was 36.6 mg/g.Conclusion:The quality standard of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus),established in this study,is fast,simple and accurate.It has important guiding significance for the construction of the quality control system of Shilongrui(Ranunculus Sceleratus).
