参附注射液治疗心脏骤停后心肌功能障碍的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：心脏骤停后心肌功能障碍被认为是心脏骤停患者自主循环恢复后猝死的主要原因。参附注射液因其多靶点、多途径的治疗优势被广泛应用于临床治疗。参附注射液可通过调节免疫系统、炎症反应、线粒体功能、氧化应激、血流动力学、凝血/抗凝系统、细胞自噬与凋亡等多种途径对心脏骤停后心肌功能障碍发挥治疗作用。Myocardial dysfunction after cardiac arrest is considered to be the main cause of sudden death after the recovery of spontaneous circulation in patients with cardiac arrest.Shenfu Injection has been widely used in clinical treatment because of its multi target and multi-channel therapeutic advantages.Shenfu Injection can play a therapeutic role in myocardial dysfunction after cardiac arrest by regulating immune system,inflammatory response,mitochondrial function,oxidative stress,hemodynamics,coagulation/anticoagulation system,autophagy and apoptosis.
