冯淑兰应用“腰痛三针”针刀松解术联合独活寄生汤加减治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛经验

摘　　要：对冯淑兰临证治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的针刀应用经验进行归纳总结。对于无特异性神经病变的慢性非特异性下腰痛,冯淑兰针刀治疗多选用横突尖至棘突之间的区域,其提出“三点进刀,一点多向,纵疏横拨,铲拨分离”,以广泛刺激腰骶部的关节突关节等小关节,加强局部应激免疫以消除炎症。其采用“腰痛三针”针刀松解术结合独活寄生汤进行加减,以达祛风湿、补肝肾、通经络的目的。Summarized FENG Shulan's clinical experience in the application of acupotomy in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain.For chronic non-specific low back pain without specific neuropathy,FENG Shulan's acupotomy treatment mostly selects the area between the tip of the transverse process and the spinous process.She puts forward"three-point feeding,one-point multidirectional,longitudinal thinning and transverse dialing,and shovel dialing separation"to widely stimulate the facet joints and other small joints in the lumbosacral region,strengthen local stress immunity to eliminate inflammation.She used"three needles for low back pain"acupotomy combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction to achieve the purpose of dispelling rheumatism,tonifying liver and kidney,and dredging meridians.
