摘  要:通过脉冲涡流检测、能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)分析、X-射线衍射法进行腐蚀产物分析(XRD)分析手段对苯乙烯抽提生产工艺中苯乙烯抽提蒸馏单元中水汽提塔再沸器B(E-312B)腐蚀程度和垢样分析,并结合装置实际生产运行情况,确定腐蚀是由于空气进入生产系统,环丁砜氧化分解使苯乙烯抽提蒸馏单元生成酸性环境导致的设备腐蚀。通过采取措施严格防止系统中氧气的进入,避免环丁砜氧化分解;增加抽提蒸馏单元pH值分析频次,根据pH值适当补充新鲜脱盐水进行置换,来控制该系统pH值;对抽提蒸馏单元换热器进行材质升级更换,防止环丁砜分解物对换热器的腐蚀。The corrosion degree and scale sample of reboiler B(E-312B)of water stripper in styrene extractive distillation unit in styrene extractive distillation production process were analyzed by means of pulse eddy current testing,EDX analysis and XRD analysis.Combined with the actual production and operation of the unit,it was determined that the corrosion was caused by the equipment corrosion caused by the acid environment generated in styrene extractive distillation unit due to the oxidation and decomposition of sulfolane after air entering the production system.Take measures to strictly prevent oxygen from entering the system and avoid oxidative decomposition of sulfolane;Increase the frequency of pH value analysis of extractive distillation unit,and appropriately supplement fresh desalted water for replacement according to the pH value to control the pH value of the system;Upgrade and replace the material of heat exchanger of extractive distillation unit to prevent the corrosion of heat exchanger by decomposition products of sulfolane.
