摘　　要：介绍废酸再生装置(SAR)在运行过程中产生严重的腐蚀情况及防治措施对策,装置腐蚀泄漏被迫停工退料处理漏点,影响装置正常生成和平稳长周期运行。通过分析各部位腐蚀情况,研究腐蚀机理,提出防治方案,通过优化工艺条件、操作参数及升级材质等手段,降低SAR腐蚀泄漏的次数。This paper introduces the serious corrosion of the waste acid regeneration unit(SAR)during its operation and the preventive measures.The corrosion leakage of the unit was forced to stop work and return materials to deal with the leakage point,which affected the normal generation and stable long-term operation of the unit.By analyzing the corrosion condition of each part,studying the corrosion mechanism,and putting forward the prevention and control plan,the number of corrosion leakage of the waste acid regeneration unit can be reduced by optimizing the process conditions,operating parameters and upgrading the material.
