摘　　要：在Spherizone聚丙烯工艺生产中,预接触系统的稳定运行直接影响着全装置的安全平稳运行,针对辽阳石化30万t/a聚丙烯装置开车一年以来,预接触系统运行中出现的温度波动、丙烯反窜、管线堵塞等问题进行了原因分析,并提出了改进措施,通过调整预接触罐温度、改进现场保温及优化催化剂浆液配置的等措施,预接触系统的平稳运行得到了提升。In Spherizone polypropylene process,the stable operation of the pre-contact system directly affects the safe and stable operation of the whole unit.The reasons for the temperature fluctuation,propylene channeling and pipeline blocking in the operation of the pre-contact system in Liaoyang Petrochemical 300KTA polypropylene plant were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The stable operation of the pre-contact system was improved by adjusting the temperature of the pre-contact tank,improving the on-site insulation and optimizing the preparation of catalyst mud.
