摘 要:井喷失控着火后,抢险救援通常需要切割井口周围障碍物、已损毁井口等,由于井口装置、障碍物等尺寸大、本体厚,切割设备在近井口极端恶劣条件下使用寿命短,导致切割效率低、作业人员安全风险高等问题。针对上述难题,优化了切割浆体射流方式,设计了双喷头结构、可互换行星减速机构、锥直型切割喷嘴等核心部件,并对喷嘴等关键设计参数进行模拟分析,优化改进,研制了适用于井喷失控井的远距离水力喷砂切割装置,有效提高切割作业效率,降低抢险救援人员近井口作业风险。After a blowout and fire,emergency rescue usually requires cutting off obstacles around the wellhead,damaged wellhead,etc.Due to the large size and thick body of the wellhead equipment and obstacles,the cutting equipment has a short service life under extremely harsh conditions near the wellhead,resulting in low cutting efficiency and high safety risks for operators.In response to the above challenges,the cutting slurry jet method has been optimized,and core components such as a dual nozzle structure,interchangeable planetary reduction mechanism,and conical straight cutting nozzle have been designed.Key design parameters such as the nozzle have been simulated and analyzed,optimized,and improved.A long-distance hydraulic sandblasting cutting device suitable for uncontrolled blowout wells has been developed,effectively improving the cutting efficiency and reducing the risk of rescue workers working near the wellhead.
