摘 要:漏失井在钻完井过程中液面的降低可能导致液柱压力无法平衡地层压力而发生溢流,为了避免井控事故,起下钻及下完井管柱作业时需要定期向井筒内吊灌泥浆补液。不合理的吊灌方式将产生巨大的泥浆浪费和严重的储层污染,影响后期诱喷作业和油气井产能。以顺北区块漏失井吊灌泥浆为切入点,分析了老式吊灌方式存在的不足,通过漏失函数建立了吊灌泥浆理论模型,确定科学吊灌量,同时提出吊灌无固相油田水可行性,通过降低吊灌比重减小泥浆侵入对储层的影响。新型吊灌技术目前在顺北区块和塔河区块部分井取得了成功应用,为分公司降本增效做出贡献,也为行业内漏失井泥浆吊灌提供参考。In the process of drilling and completion of a lost well,the decrease of the liquid level may lead to the overflow caused by the failure of the liquid column pressure to balance the formation pressure.In order to avoid well control accidents,it is necessary to periodically pump mud into the wellbore when running the well string and completing the well string.Unreasonable hanging irrigation will result in huge waste of mud and serious reservoir pollution,which will affect the late production of induced injection and oil and gas well productivity.In this paper,the inadequacy of the old hanging irrigation method is analyzed by taking the hanging irrigation mud in the leaking well of Shunbei block as the starting point.The theoretical model of hanging irrigation mud is established based on the leakage function to determine the scientific amount of hanging irrigation.At the same time,the feasibility of hanging irrigation without solid phase oil field water is proposed,and the influence of mud intrusion on the reservoir can be reduced by reducing the proportion of hanging irrigation.The new hanging irrigation technology proposed in this paper has been successfully applied in some Wells in Shunbei Block and Tahe block,which contributes to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the branch company,and also provides reference for mud hanging irrigation of leaky Wells in the industry.
