摘  要:受地质条件、开发方式、作业施工等因素影响,油井井下技术状况日益复杂,严重影响油井产能。本文以L油田为例,针对井下事故井逐年增多问题,结合前期作业情况分析,对大修井进行分类,并开展大修工艺技术研究,包括印模打印、套铣、磨铣及打捞工艺等,重点对技术原理、技术要点及相关工具参数进行分析,指导现场实施大修井45口,阶段累增油3.6万吨,创效1800余万元,取得较好经济效益。Influenced by geological conditions,development methods,operation and other factors,the downhole technical conditions of oil wells are increasingly complex,which seriously affects the productivity of oil wells.Taking L field as an example,in view of the increasing number of downhole accident wells year by year,combined with the analysis of the early operation,this paper classifies the overhaul wells,and carries out the research on the overhaul process technology,including die printing,casing milling,milling and fishing technology,etc.,focusing on the analysis of technical principles,technical points and relevant tool parameters,guiding the on-site implementation of 45 overhaul wells,with a cumulative increase of 36000 tons of oil at each stage,creating more than 18 million yuan of efficiency,and achieving better economic benefits.
