摘  要:该油田油气资源丰富,储层深度浅,主要油层位于上第三系地层的明化镇组、馆陶组地层。该油田的地质特征给工程作业带来了重大挑战,包括连续造斜率高、井眼轨迹控制困难、管柱下入困难等问题。为了解决这些问题并提高采收率,形成一套适用于该油田的浅层水平井钻完井技术。该技术包括井眼轨迹控制技术、优选钻井液体系技术、摩阻预测技术、现场跟踪技术和套管漂浮技术技术。该技术解决了井眼轨迹控制、管柱下入困难等问题,并已取得良好的应用效果。该技术方案可用于其他油藏埋深浅、连续造斜率要求高的油田,具有良好的推广价值。This oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources,shallow reservoir depth,the main oil beds are located in the upper Tertiary Minghuazhen Formation,Guantao Formation.The field’s geology presented significant engineering challenges,including high continuous build slope,difficulty in controlling well trajectory,and difficulty in running the string.To solve these problems and enhance oil recovery,a set of shallow horizontal drilling and completion technologies was developed for the field.The technology includes well trajectory control technology,optimal drilling fluid system technology,friction prediction technology,field tracking technology and casing floating technology.This technique solves the problems of well trajectory control and the difficulty of running the string,and has achieved good application results.This technology scheme can be used in other oil fields with shallow reservoir depth and high continuous slope,and has good popularization value.
