摘　　要：目的了解资阳市居民安全用药现状,为开展合理用药宣教活动内容提供依据。方法采用随机抽样调查方式,对资阳市18岁以上居民用药行为进行调查,采用Excel软件进行数据汇总和结果分析。结果70.42%居民非常不同意或不同意问卷中关于抗菌药物、输液、保健品及药品价格等方面的看法;42.17%居民在服药前从不进行不良用药行为;35.17%居民表示从来没有持医生处方去药店购买处方药;46.87%居民表示从不参加用药知识讲座或用药教育活动;67.42%居民表示有必要或极有必要开展用药知识教育活动。结论大部分居民具有较好的安全用药知识,但用药行为习惯上仍需改善。OBJECTIVE To understand the present situation of the safe medication behavior in ZiYang City,and to provide a reference for the content of rational drug use propaganda and education.METHODS An random sampling method was used to investigate the behavior of residents over 18 years old in ZiYang City,Excel software was used to collect data and analyze the results.RESULTS Totally 70.42% of the residents strongly disagree or disagree with the views on the antimicrobial,infusions,health care and drug prices involved in the questionnaire,42.17% of the residents never took bad medication use behavior before taking medicine,35.17% of the residents never hold doctors′prescription to go to pharmacies to buy prescription drugs,46.87% of the residents demonstrated that they had never been exposed to medication knowledge lectures or educational activities,and 67.42% of the residents thought it is necessary or extremely necessary to carry out medication knowledge education activities.CONCLUSION Most residents have a good awareness of safe medication,however the medication behavior still need to be improved.
