摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定姜黄消痤搽剂中姜黄素含量。方法:采用Gemini C_(18)(ODS,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温约为20℃,进样量为20μl,流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.00 ml/min,紫外检测波长为430 nm。结果:姜黄素在5~200μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),线性方程为Y=86210.9957X+226168.7965。平均加标回收率为95.49%,RSD为1.31%。结论:本法前处理简单、结果可靠,可作为姜黄消痤搽剂的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)method for determiningcurcumin in Jianghuangxiaocuo liniment.Methods:A Gemini C_(18)(ODS,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used with a column temperature of about 20℃,an injection volume of 20μl,a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%glacial acetic acid,gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.00 ml/min,and a UV detection wavelength of 430 nm.Results:Curcumin had an excellent linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 5~200μg/ml(r=0.9994),and the linear equation was Y=86210.9957X+226168.7965.The average spiked recovery rate was 95.49%,and RSD was 1.31%.Conclusion:The method is convenient and reliable.It can be used in the determination of curcumin in Jianghuangxiaocuo liniment.
