皮肤多重扩张技术在头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究分析皮肤多重扩张技术在头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形治疗中的应用。方法选取于2015年1月至2022年12月至我院接受头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形治疗的患者共102例作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础,采用随机数字分组的方式将其随机分为对照组(n=51,给予常规治疗模式)以及观察组(n=51,给予皮肤多重扩张技术进行治疗)。对比分析对照组以及观察组的治疗有效率、满意度、并发症发生率、生活质量、VSS评分、MCMQ评分以及术后创面愈合率。结果经治疗干预后,观察组在治疗有效率、满意度、并发症发生率、术后创面愈合率以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05;在VSS评分以及MCMQ评分方面,治疗前两组对比无明显差异,P>0.05,经治疗干预后,观察组在VSS评分、MCMQ评分方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在对接受头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形治疗的患者进行干预的过程中,采用皮肤多重扩张技术进行治疗,能够有效提升患者的治疗有效率、满意度以及生活质量,同时能够显著改善患者的并发症发生率、VSS评分、MCMQ评分以及术后创面愈合率,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果。Objective To explore the application of multiple skin expansion in the treatment of scar after head and neck burns.Methods A total of 102 patients treated from January 2015 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the number of admissions,102 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional mode;the observation group was treated with skin multiple dilation technique.Comparing the effectiveness,satisfaction,complication rate,quality of life,VSS score,MCMQ score and postoperative wound healing rate of control and observation groups.Results After treatment intervention,the observation group was significantly better in treatment rate,satisfaction rate of complications and quality of life,P<0.05;In terms of VSS score and MCMQ score before treatment intervention,there was no significant difference between two groups,P>0.05.After treatment intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in VSS score and MCMQ score,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients undergoing head and neck burns,using skin multiple expansion technology can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients,satisfaction and quality of life,and can significantly improve the complication rate of patients,VSS score,MCMQ score and postoperative wound healing rate,have excellent effect in the practical application process.
