行为研究法指导下的快速康复护理对肠癌腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复及自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨行为研究法指导下的快速康复护理对肠癌腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月我院收治的90例肠癌腹腔镜手术患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=45)采用常规护理,观察组(n=45)采用行为研究法指导下的快速康复护理,对比两组术后恢复效果及自我管理能力。结果观察组术后恢复相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d、2 d,观察组VAS(视觉模拟法)评分、舒张压、收缩压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,较之对照组,观察组自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)评分、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLPⅡ)改良版评分较高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.22%明显低于对照组17.78%(P<0.05)。结论行为研究法指导下的快速康复护理能够促进肠癌腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复,提高疾病自我管理能力及改善健康行为,降低并发症风险。Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral research on postoperative recovery and self-management ability of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety patients with laparoscopic surgery for intestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received rapid rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral research.The postoperative recovery effect and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The related indexes of postoperative recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS(visual simulation)score,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of the self-care ability scale(ESCA)and the modified version of the Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale(HPLPⅡ)in the observation group were higher(P<0.05);The complication rate of observation group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 17.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral research can promote postoperative recovery,improve disease self-management ability,improve health behavior,and reduce the risk of complications in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
