摘　　要：随着儿童糖尿病发病率的逐渐升高,除了常规的胰岛素治疗以外,血糖监测也非常重要。传统的指尖血糖监测无法长期监测患儿血糖波动,尤其是夜间低血糖的发生。动态血糖监测系统是一种安全、连续、准确的监测方法,能够精确、动态地反映儿童的血糖信息,在儿童糖尿病的治疗中发挥重要指导作用。With the increasing incidence of childhood diabetes,in addition to regular insulin therapy,blood sugar monitoring is also important.The traditional fingertip blood glucose monitoring cannot monitor the blood glucose fluctuation in children in the long term,especially the occurrence of nocturnal hypoglycemia.Dynamic blood glucose monitoring system is a safe,continuous and accurate monitoring method,which can accurately and dynamically reflect the blood glucose information of children and play an important guiding role in the treatment of pediatric diabetes.
