摘　　要：目的研究集束化护理干预对经阴道腹腔镜手术患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年5月在我院行经阴道腹腔镜手术的42例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为试验组(采用集束化护理)及对照组(采用常规护理),对比两组的手术指标、术后恢复情况及术后患者舒适度评分。结果对照组2例中转经腹腹腔镜手术,两组患者的一般基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术前准备时间较对照组短,术后血压下降发生率较对照组低,整体舒适评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在经阴道腹腔镜手术患者中的应用能够缩短术前准备时间,提高患者术后舒适度,有利于提高护理水平。Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of transvaginal laparoscopic surgery with cluster nursing intervention.Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent vaginal laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(using cluster care)and control group(using usual care)according to the random number table method,and the surgical index,postoperative recovery and postoperative patient comfort scores of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,2 cases were operated via transabdominal laparoscopy in the middle,and the general baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group had shorter preoperative preparation time,lower incidence of postoperative blood pressure drop,and higher overall comfort score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in transvaginal laparoscopic surgery can shorten the preparation time before operation,improve the comfort of patients after operation,and help to improve the level of nursing.
