中医特色护理在老年心血管病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析中医特色护理模式在老年心血管病患者临床干预中的应用效果。方法选择医院于2023年2月至2023年4月间收治的74例老年心血管病患者为观察对象,经随机数字表法分组后,对照组患者采取常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施中医特色合理干预,评估两组患者的护理干预效果。结果两组患者护理后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分与睡眠质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年心血管病患者护理干预阶段,对患者实施中医特色护理干预方法可显著缓解患者临床症状并提升护理满意度,是一种科学的临床护理干预方法。Objective To analyze the clinical intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods Seventy-four cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to the hospital from February 2023 to April 2023 were selected as observation objects.After random number table grouping,the control group patients adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented reasonable intervention with TCM characteristics on the basis of routine nursing to evaluate the nursing intervention effect of the two groups of patients.Results The TCM syndrome score of two groups after nursing was compared,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality,self-management ability and sleep quality of patients of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention stage of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention method can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,is a scientific clinical nursing intervention method.
