延伸性护理干预对失能老人的临床护理疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨延伸性护理干预对失能老人的临床护理疗效。方法研究选取济南市社会福利院收治的失能老人共126例,收治时间为2022年1月至2022年12月),将患者按照随机分组的方式分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理。观察组给予延伸性护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率、患者及家属满意度、生活质量、健康知识知晓情况。结果观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(1.59%vs.12.70%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者及家属满意度显著高于对照组(100.00%vs.85.71%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能与社会功能评分均显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理后观察组健康知识知晓情况评分显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对失能老人实行延伸性护理干预,可显著提升患者生活质量,改善患者与家属心理状况,提升患者与家属健康知识知晓情况,提升患者满意程度。Objective To explore the clinical nursing practice of extended nursing intervention for disabled elderly people.Methods A total of 126 disabled elderly patients admitted to Ji'nan Social Welfare Institute were randomly divided into observation group and control group during the treatment period(January 2022-December 2022).The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was given extended nursing.The incidence of complications,patient and family satisfaction,quality of life,and knowledge of health were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.59%vs.12.70%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(100.00%vs.85.71%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,material life,physical function,and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing intervention for the disabled elderly can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve the psychological status of patients and their families,enhance their knowledge of health,and enhance their satisfaction.
