摘　　要：目的回顾萍乡市人民医院2020年含三七中药处方的情况。方法收集2020年萍乡市人民医院中药处方共39768张,其中含三七中药处方5748张。所有处方信息化点评。结果合理处方5496张,不合理处方252张,合格率为95.6%(5496/5748)。108张处方为不规范,占不合理处方的42.9%(108/252);136张为不适宜处方,占不合理处方的54.0%(136/252),其中用法用量中不适宜处方78张,占不合理处方的31.0%(78/252);超常处方8张,占不合理处方的3.2%(8/252)。结论萍乡市人民医院借助合理用药前置审核系统指导下的中药信息化全处方点评的工作模式对促进合理用药具有积极意义。萍乡市人民医院含三七中药处方总体合理,但仍存在不合理用药的情况。中药点评工作难度大、细节多,需要根据中医药循证研究,进一步优化点评模式和细则,为中药合理应用提供保障。Objective To review the drug use of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions containing Panax notoginseng in Pingxiang People’s Hospital in 2020.Methods A total of 39768 prescriptions of Chinese medicine in Pingxiang People’s Hospital were collected in 2020,including 5748 prescriptions of Panax notoginseng.The rationality of drug use of all 37 prescriptions was evaluated by information-based prescription review.Results There were 5496 reasonable prescriptions and 252 unreasonable prescriptions,and the pass rate was 95.6%(5496/5748).108 prescriptions were irregular,accounting for 42.9%(108/252)of unreasonable prescriptions.136 were inappropriate prescriptions,accounting for 54.0%(136/252)of unreasonable prescriptions,among which 78 were inappropriate prescriptions,accounting for 31.0%(78/252)of unreasonable prescriptions.There were 8 abnormal prescriptions,accounting for 3.2%(8/252)of unreasonable prescriptions.Conclusions The working mode of Chinese medicine information-based prescription review under the guidance of pre-audit system for rational drug use in our hospital has positive significance for promoting rational drug use.The prescriptions containing Panax notoginseng in our hospital are generally reasonable,but irrational drug use still exists.Chinese medicine review is difficult and full of details,so it is necessary to further optimize the review mode and detailed rules based on evidence-based research of Chinese medicine to guarantee the rational application of Chinese medicine.
