小针刀联合舒筋通痹汤治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折术后关节功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小针刀联合舒筋通痹汤治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折术后关节功能障碍的效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月九江市中医医院收治的陈旧性髌骨骨折术后关节功能障碍患者40例为研究对象,利用小针刀联合舒筋通痹汤治疗,观察对比2组的临床疗效、髌骨骨折(Bostman)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、患肢肿胀程度评分及关节活动度。结果治疗后40例患者VAS评分、患肢肿胀程度评分低于治疗前,关节活动度优于治疗前,Bostman评分优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率为95.0%(38/40)。结论对陈旧性髌骨骨折术后关节功能障碍的患者使用小针刀联合舒筋通痹汤治疗,能明显降低膝关节的疼痛、肿胀和僵硬的程度,大幅度地恢复膝关节功能,其操作简便、成本低、安全性好、痛苦小,易被患者接受。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of small needle knife combined with Shujin Tongbi decoction on joint dysfunction after operation of old patellar fracture.Methods 40 patients with joint dysfunction after operation of old patellar fracture in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were treated with small needle knife combined with Shujin Tongbi decoction.The clinical efficacy,joint function score(Bostman score),degree of pain and swelling of affected limbs and joint activity were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS score and swelling degree score of affected limb of 40 patients were lower than before treatment,joint motion was better than before treatment,Bostman score was better than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.0%(38/40).Conclusion small needle knife combined with Shujin Tongbi decoction on joint dysfunction after operation of old patellar fracture can effectively reduce the degree of knee pain,swelling and stiffness and restore knee function.It has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,good safety,less pain and is easy to be accepted by patients.
