摘　　要：目的探究自拟加味生脉饮治疗老年衰弱综合征的临床价值。方法选取2020年10月—2021年11月长春市中医院老年病门诊及疗区诊断为老年衰弱综合征的72例患者作为研究对象,依据随机法将其分为2组,每组36例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施自拟加味生脉饮治疗。比较2组患者中医证候积分、临床效果、生活质量评分。结果治疗前,2组患者中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床效果总有效率97.22%(35/36)高于对照组的72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟加味生脉饮治疗老年衰弱综合征可改善患者的症状,对增强临床效果有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of self-made modified Shengmai decoction in the treatment of senile frailty syndrome.Methods A total of 72 patients diagnosed with geriatric frailty syndrome in the geriatric outpatient clinic and treatment area from October 2020 to November 2021 were admitted as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received self-made Shengmai drink treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,clinical effect and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than that of the control group(72.22%,26/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shengmai decoction in the treatment of senile frailty syndrome can improve the TCM syndromes of patients,and it has positive significance for enhancing its clinical effect.
