妊娠止吐汤配合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察妊娠止吐汤配合穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法对80例妊娠恶阻的患者用妊娠止吐汤配合穴位贴敷进行治疗。观察病例的临床效果。结果80例患者中,治愈52例,好转24例,无效4例,总有效率95%(76/80)。结论以健脾和中、降逆止呕为主要方法治疗妊娠恶阻,取得了较好的效果。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Renshen Zhitu decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 80 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were treated with Renshen Zhitu decoction combined with acupoint application.The clinical effect of the cases was observed.Results Among the 80 patients,52 cases were cured,24 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95%(76/80).Conclusion This strengthening the spleen,lowering and stopping vomiting method in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum has obtained a better therapeutic effect.
