朝西医结合治疗少阴人稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察朝西医结合治疗少阴人稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取符合诊断标准的少阴人稳定型心绞痛患者61例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,2组均采用常规西医治疗,对照组在此基础上加扩张冠状动脉治疗,治疗组在此对照组基础上加朝医八物君子汤口服,观察2组治疗前后的症状、体征评分变化及临床总有效率。结果治疗组的总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的64.52%(20/31)(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状、体征评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2组均对少阴人稳定型心绞痛有治疗效果,朝西医结合对此病的效果明显优于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of Chao medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of shaoyin stable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 61 patients with shaoyin stable angina pectoris met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment,the control group received dilated coronary artery treatment on the basis of this,and the treatment group received Chao medicine Bawu Junzi decoction on the basis of this.The changes in the scores of symptoms and signs and the total clinical effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(64.52%,20/31)(P<0.05).Symptom and sign scores of 2 groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both groups have curative effect on shaoyin stable angina pectoris,and the effect of combination of Chao medicine and Western medicine is significantly better.
