中药调脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用研究进展

摘　　要：高脂血症归属于中医“痰饮”“肥胖”“胸痹”等范畴,其可累及脾、肾、肝等脏腑。中医认为其病机为本虚标实,气虚、血虚、阴阳亏虚为本,痰浊血瘀为标。调脂、抗动脉粥样硬化的单味药以降低血脂水平为主,以具有化浊祛湿、健脾化痰之功效的药物为主,调脂、抗动脉粥样硬化中药复方制剂主要作用为调脂降脂。调脂、抗动脉粥样硬化中成药针对血脂异常者具有改善血脂水平的作用。中药治疗高脂血症相比于西医具有独特优势,其辨证治疗,内外兼顾,毒副作用小,临床应用广泛。Hyperlipidemia belongs to“phlegm fluid retention”,“obesity”,“thoracic obstruction”and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine,which can involve the spleen,kidney,liver and other viscera.Traditional Chinese medicine thinks that its pathogenesis is the basic deficiency,the deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,the phlegm turbidity-blood stasis as the manifestation cause.The main single-flavor drugs for regulating lipids and anti-atherosclerosis are those with turbidification and dampness removal,strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm.The main function of regulating lipids and anti-atherosclerosis herbal compound preparation is regulating lipids and lowering lipids.Lipid-regulating and anti-atherosclerotic Chinese patent medicine has the effect of improving blood lipid level in patients with abnormal lipids.Compared with Western medicine,Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.It has the advantages of syndrome differentiation,internal and external consideration,little toxic and side effects,and wide clinical application.
