中医非药物疗法干预寻常型银屑病的研究进展

摘　　要：中医非药物疗法防治银屑病疗效确切,目前,以针刺疗法、拔罐法、灸法、火针法和情志疗法等干预寻常型银屑病的临床和基础研究已较为深入,而放血疗法、水疗、穴位埋线疗法、饮食疗法等仅有相关阐述,相关临床试验较为匮乏。中医非药物疗法干预寻常型银屑病的研究存在一些不足之处,如临床研究多为随机对照试验,基础研究、动物实验鲜见,临床操作有适应证和局限性,未来需进一步设计大样本、多中心、双盲的临床试验,加强作用机理方面的基础研究,阐明中医非药物疗法治疗银屑病的生物学内在机制。Non-pharmacological therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in preventing and treating psoriasis.The clinical and basic research on intervention of psoriasis vulgaris with acupuncture,cupping,moxibustion,fire acupuncture and emotional therapy has been in-depth,while bloodletting therapy,hydrotherapy,acupoint catgut embedding therapy and diet therapy are only related.At present,there are some shortcomings in the research of TCM non-drug therapy for psoriasis vulgaris.For example,the clinical research is mostly randomized controlled trials,and the basic research and animal experiments are rare.The clinical operation has indications and limitations.In the future,it is necessary to further design large-sample,multi-center and double-blind clinical trials,strengthen the basic research on the mechanism of action,and clarify the biological internal mechanism of TCM non-drug therapy for psoriasis as a future development idea.
