摘　　要：肾精亏虚是脊髓损伤的病机关键。房定亚教授临证治疗脊髓型颈椎病多以“填精补髓法”为指导,从肾论治,补益为主,辅以燮理阴阳、活血化瘀、扶正御邪等治法,衷中参西,结合现代药理学进行方药加减,以达到抗炎、抗氧化、提高神经营养因子水平、改善血液循环等治疗作用。Deficiency of Kidney Essence is the key to the pathogenesis of spinal cord injury.Professor Fang Dingya clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy is mostly guided by the method of"replenishing Essence and Marrow",which is mainly based on Kidney treatment,supplemented by the treatment methods of regulating Yin and Yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening the body′s Zheng Qi and resisting the Evil factors,and combining with modern pharmacology to modify prescriptions and drugs to achieve anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,improving the level of neurotrophic factors and improving blood circulation.
