摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析食管癌常见的中医证型及用药组方规律,为中医药治疗食管癌提供客观理论依据,以便更好地指导临床用药。方法:采用IBM SPSS Statistics 25和IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件,建立数据库,采用频数分析、聚类分析等方法,构建中医药治疗食管癌数据库,统计证型、药物出现的频次等,使用聚类分析,关联规则等方法分析挖掘处方规律。结果:录入数据91条,涉及证型28种,纳入处方66首,中药180味,归类14类,总频次1001次,用药以寒、温、平为主;味多苦、甘、辛;归经主要以肝、胃、肺、脾为主。获得4组聚类分析药组,关联规则核心药物9味,复杂网络分析得到潜在处方1个。结论:食管癌主要以气阴两虚证、脾胃气虚证、寒热错杂证等为主,用药规律主要以补气养阴、活血化瘀祛痰、清热解毒为主。Objective:To analyze common TCM syndromes and prescription rules of esophageal cancer by using data mining technology,so as to provide objective theoretical basis for TCM treatment of esophageal cancer and better guide clinical medication.Methods:The database was established by using IBMSPSSS Statistics 25 and IBMSPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and the database of esophageal cancer treated by traditional Chinese medicine was established by frequency analysis and cluster analysis,and the syndrome types and drug frequency were counted,and the prescription rules were analyzed and mined by cluster analysis and association rules.Results:91 data were entered,involving 28 syndromes,66 prescriptions were included,and 180 Chinese medicines were classified into 14 categories,with a total frequency of 1001 times.The main drugs used were cold,warm or mild in temperament.The taste is bitter,sweet or pungent in flavor;Meridian tropism mainly includes Liver,Stomach,Lung and Spleen.Four groups of cluster analysis drug groups were obtained,9 core drugs were associated with rules,and one potential prescription was obtained by complex network analysis.Conclusion:Esophageal cancer is mainly characterized by deficiency of both Qi and Yin,deficiency of Spleen and Stomach,mixed Cold and Heat,etc.,and the medication law is mainly based on invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and eliminating phlegm,and clearing away heat and toxic materials.
