摘　　要：目的:运用现代计算机技术分析外敷中药治疗闭合性骨折的组方用药特色及规律,为临床应用提供参考。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,以“外敷中药、骨折”为主题词检索,依据纳入标准进行筛选,全文阅读后提取中药处方信息,采用Excel软件建立方药数据库,进行频数、性味、归经统计,应用SPSS软件对高频药物进行系统聚类分析,利用SPSS Modeler软件进行关联规则分析。结果:纳入中药处方137首,涉及184味中药,挖掘出12组核心药物,形成6个聚类方。结论:外敷中药治疗骨折常以活血化瘀、清热凉血、燥湿利水为法,药性以温性为主,五味以苦为主,药物多归肝经。Objective:To use modern computer technology to analyze the medication characteristics and rules of prescriptions of external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of fractures,and to provide references for clinical application.Methods:Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source,using"external application of Chinese medicine,fracture"as the keyword retrieval,screening was carried out according to the inclusion criteria,and the prescription information of Chinese medicine was extracted after reading the full text.Using Excel software to establish a database of prescriptions and medicines,and carry out statistics on frequency,nature and taste,and meridian distribution.Then the system cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out by using SPSS software,and the association rule analysis was carried out by using SPSS Modeler software.Results:137 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included,involving 184 traditional Chinese medicines,12 groups of core medicines were excavated,and 6 clustered prescriptions were formed.Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicines in the treatment of fractures is often based on promoting Blood circulation to remove Blood stasis,clearing heat and cooling blood,and drying dampness for diuresis.The properties of the medicines are mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly bitter,and most of the medicines are distributed into the Liver meridian.
