摘　　要：通过对一起电梯导轨支架松脱事件的现场调查和原因分析,梳理相关法规标准对电梯导轨支架的技术要求,基于事故致因理论分析了事件形成的相关因素;结合现场实际状况,从电梯安装工艺要求、施工作业、质量控制以及电梯井道土建施工等方面探讨了现行电梯安装过程中存在的实际问题,为电梯导轨支架安装工艺改进、检验检测方法研究提出了建议。Through the field investigation and cause analysis of an elevator guide bracket loose event,the technical requirements of relevant regulations and standards for elevator guide bracket are sorted out,and the related factors of the event formation are analyzed based on the accident cause theory.Combined with the actual situation of the site,the practical problems existing in the current elevator installation process are discussed from the aspects of elevator installation process requirements,construction operations,quality control and elevator shaft civil construction,etc.,and the improvement suggestions are put forward for the improvement of elevator guide bracket installation process and the research of inspection and testing methods.
