摘 要:为深入研究澳洲坚果的光合特性及其环境适应性,筛选出澳洲坚果光合-光响应曲线的最佳拟合模型。以6个澳洲坚果品种为试材,采用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪测定其光合-光响应曲线,利用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线修正模型和指数模型分别对不同品种的光合-光响应曲线进行拟合,比较分析拟合效果。结果表明,直角双曲线修正模型拟合的表观量子效率(AQE)、最大净光合速率(P_(nmax))、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)与实测值最为接近,且决定系数(R^(2))在6个品种的拟合中最大,均方根误差(RMSE)、平均绝对误差(MAE)和赤池信息量准则(AIC)最小,直角双曲线修正模型可作为澳洲坚果光合-光响应曲线的最佳拟合模型。由直角双曲线修正模型拟合的6个澳洲坚果品种AQE在0.03~0.05,LSP在1092.83~1522.572μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),LCP在14.39~34.97μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),P_(nmax)在4.41~8.91μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。其中,品种HAES904具有较强的光能适应能力。In order to further study the photosynthetic characteristics and environmental adaptability of Macadamia,the best fitting model of the photosynthetic-light response curve of Macadamia was screened.Six Macadamia varieties were used as test materials to measure their photosynthetic light response curves with LI-6400XT portable photosynthetic instrument.The photosynthetic light response curves of different varieties were fitted with rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model,modified rectangular hyperbola model and exponential model,and the fitting effects were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the apparent quantum efficiency(AQE),the maximum net photosynthetic rate(P_(nmax)),the light saturation point(LSP),the light compensation point(LCP)and the dark respiration rate(Rd)fitted by the modified rectangular hyperbola model were the closest to the measured values,and the determination coefficient(R^(2))was the largest,the root mean square error(RMSE)and the mean absolute error(MAE)are the smallest in the fitting of six Macadamia varieties.Therefore,the right-angle hyperbolic correction model is the best model to fit the photosynthesis-light response curve of Macadamia.The AQE,LSP,LCP,and P_(nmax)of six Macadamia varieties fitted by the right-angle hyperbolic model are 0.03~0.05,1092.83~1522.572μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),14.39~34.97μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 4.41~8.91μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),respectively.Among them,HAES904 has strong adaptability to light energy.
