摘　　要：特殊儿童家长通常面临心理压力高、养育效能感低的教养现状,这可能会直接影响亲子关系与家庭教育的质量。英国特殊儿童家长培训和支持计划是以补充和替代医学及压力理论模型为理论基础,以按摩疗法为核心内容,针对特殊儿童家长而设计的培训方案。近年来,这一方案在缓解特殊儿童家长心理健康问题、提高家长养育效能感等方面的显著效果,引起了学界的广泛关注。通过对英国特殊儿童家长培训和支持计划的概况、理论基础、实施流程及特点、实施效果、拓展延伸及优缺点进行梳理和评介,以期为我国特殊儿童家长培训和支持的相关实践活动提供借鉴和启示。Parents of exceptional children usually face high psychological pressure and low parenting efficacy,which may directly affect the quality of parent-child relationship and family education.The Training and Support Programme is a training program designed for parents of exceptional children based on the theoretical model of complementary and alternative medicine and stress theory,with massage therapy as the core content.In recent years,TSP has achieved remarkable results in alleviating the mental health problems of parents of exceptional children and improving their parenting efficacy,which has attracted wide attention from the academic community.This paper reviews and evaluates the general situation,theoretical basis,implementation process and characteristics,implementation effect,expansion and extension,advantages and disadvantages of TSP,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the relevant practical activities of training and support for parents of exceptional children in China.
