摘　　要：以宁夏农村人居环境整治面临的问题为研究目标,探索整治农村人居环境问题中关于农村厕所、污水、垃圾和村容村貌等带来的影响因素。实地调研并采集数据,通过大数据分析,引入政府与农民双方协同发展机制的方式,建立责任制度、治理制度、激励制度,方法上使用规划先行、先易后难、分类施策,制度监督上构建农村人居环境整治的长效机制。最后形成农村人居环境整治协同机制建构,促进建设经济繁荣、民族团结、环境优美和人民富裕的美丽新农村人居环境。Taking the problems faced by the renovation of rural human settlements in Ningxia as the research goal,this paper explores the influencing factors of rural toilets,sewage,garbage and village appearance in the renovation of rural human settlements,investigates and collects data on the spot,through big data's analysis,introduces the cooperative development mechanism between the government and farmers,and establishes responsibility system,governance system and incentive system.The use of methods,planning first,easy before difficulties,classified measures,institutional supervision to build a long-term mechanism for the renovation of rural human settlements,and finally to form the construction of a cooperative mechanism for the renovation of rural human settlements,to promote the construction of a beautiful new rural living environment with economic prosperity,national unity,beautiful environment and people's affluence.
