疫情风险感知对大学生抑郁影响的中介效用

摘　　要：目的:探究疫情风险感知对大学生抑郁的影响以及手机依赖与失眠在其中的作用机制。方法:采用疫情风险感知量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)、手机依赖量表和失眠量表对2806名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)疫情风险感知、抑郁、手机依赖和失眠两两变量之间显著正相关。疫情风险感知与手机依赖、失眠和抑郁显著正相关(r=0.16,0.18,0.17;P<0.001);手机依赖与失眠、抑郁显著正相关(r=0.53,0.57;P<0.001);失眠与抑郁显著正相关(r=0.59,P<0.001);(2)手机依赖(β=0.16,P<0.001)与失眠(β=0.19,P<0.001)在疫情风险感知对抑郁影响中的单独作用显著;(3)手机依赖和失眠的链式中介作用显著(β=0.39,P<0.001)。结论:疫情风险感知不仅可以通过手机依赖或失眠的独立中介作用影响大学生抑郁,还可以通过手机依赖→失眠的链式中介效用影响大学生抑郁。Objective:To explore the influence of pandemic risk perception on depression among college students and the effect of mobile phone dependency and insomnia between them.Methods:A total of 2806 college students were investigated by pandemic risk perception scale,DASS-21 Chinese Simplified scale,mobile phone dependence scales,and insomnia scales.Results:①The four variables(risk perception,depression,mobile phones dependence,and insomnia)were significantly positively correlated with each other;risk perception was positively correlatedwith cell phone dependence,insomnia,depression(r=0.16,0.18,0.17;P<0.001);Mobile phone dependency was positively correlated with insomnia and depressed(r=0.53,0.57;P<0.001);Insomnia was positively correlated with depressed(r=0.59,P<0.001).②Cell phone dependence(β=0.16,P<0.001)and insomnia(β=0.19,P<0.001)had a significant mediating effect between pandemic risk perception and depression.③Mobile phone dependency and insomnia played a significant chain mediating role between pandemic risk perception and depression(β=0.39,P<0.001).Conclusion:Pandemic risk perception can not only affect college students'depression through the independent intermediary of mobile phone dependence and insomnia but also affect college students'depression through the chain intermediary effect of mobile phone dependence→insomnia.
