摘 要:目的:探究即将毕业的大四学生未来取向、职业成熟度对慢就业态度的影响及关系。方法:选取1167名大四学生,采用已有的青少年未来取向量表、中国大学生职业成熟度量表及自编的大学生慢就业态度问卷,使用SPSS 22.0和SPSS Process插件对结果进行相关分析和中介效应检验。结果:(1)大四学生的慢就业态度大概处于中等水平■,应当引起重视,慢就业态度在性别上存在显著差异(t=2.018,P<0.05),尤其需要关注男生的慢就业态度。(2)大四学生的未来取向能够显著负向预测慢就业态度(B=-0.055,P<0.01);职业成熟度能够显著负向预测慢就业态度(B=-0.365,P<0.001);未来取向能够显著正向预测职业成熟度(B=0.085,P<0.001)。(3)职业成熟度在未来取向与慢就业态度之间起部分中介效应,效应值为-0.031(95%的置信区间=-0.048~-0.014),占总效应的26.7%。结论:大四学生的未来取向可以直接影响慢就业态度,也可以通过职业成熟度间接影响慢就业态度,职业成熟度在两者之间起部分中介作用。因此,可以从提高大学生的未来取向和职业成熟度入手,从内部和外部两个方面改善大学生的慢就业态度。Objective:To explore the influence of future orientation and career maturity on slow employment attitude of graduating senior students.Methods:A total of 1167 senior students were selected,and the existing youth future orientation scale,Chinese college students'career maturity scale and self-made college students'slow employment attitude questionnaire were used.SPSS 22.0 and SPSS process plug-in were used to conduct correlation analysis and mediation effect test.Results:①The slow employment attitude of the senior students was at the middle level(=2.8),which should be paid attention to.There was a significant difference in the slow employment attitude between the sexes(t=2.018,P<0.05),especially the slow employment attitude of the male students.②The future orientation of senior students could significantly negatively predict the slow employment attitude(B=-0.055,P<0.01);Career maturity could significantly negatively predict slow employment attitude(B=-0.365,P<0.001);Future orientation could significantly predict career maturity(B=0.085,P<0.001).③Career maturity had a partial mediating effect between future orientation and slow employment attitude.The effect value was-0.031(95%confidence interval=-0.048~-0.014),accounting for 26.7%of the total effect.Conclusion:The future orientation of senior students can directly affect the attitude towards slow employment,and can also indirectly affect the attitude towards slow employment through career maturity.Career maturity plays a part of mediating role between them.Therefore,we can improve the slow employment attitude of college students from both internal and external aspects by improving their future orientation and career maturity.
