摘　　要：不同时期的学派、医家及著作赋予了平补平泻的不同内涵。本研究通过整理文献,以时间为轴梳理平补平泻的源流及其概念、术式的演变,剖析古今之异同。古代的平补平泻是一种广义的针刺方法,包含多种单式补泻手法,涉及到补泻的先后、刺激量及适应症等。而现代意义上的平补平泻法则是一种独立的针刺补泻手法,即进针得气后均匀地提插、捻转。平补平泻在补泻内涵及手法操作上古今迥然不同,故不能一概而论,需厘清源流,依据差异分而用之,促进其在手法量学方面的发展,以便更好地应用于临床。The connotations of even reinforcing-reducing acupuncture method vary from times to times,cultural to cultural,and doctors to doctors.This study summarized the characteristics of even reinforcing-reducing acupuncture method in ancient and modern times through sorting out the literature and the evolution of acupuncture manipulation.The ancient even reinforcing-reducing acupuncture method comprises a variety of tonifying and reducing manipulations,which involves the order of tonifying or reducing,the quantity of stimulation and indications.In modern times,it is classified as an independent acupuncture reinforcing and reducing manipulation,that is,applying even lifting-inserting or twisting manipulation after Deqi(Qi sensation).It is summarized that the connotation and manipulation of even reinforcing-reducing acupuncture method is different in ancient from modern times.It is necessary to identify its source to promote its development in the field of acupuncture manipulative measurement,so that it can be better applied in clinical practice.
